If I Already Have an Agent, How Do I Switch to Red Hook Construction?

We always welcome new clients, but if you already have an agent, it’s important that you check your contract with them. It could include a clause that ensures they get paid from the transaction no matter what. While it may still be worth it to leave your agent, this is still something you’ll want to consider first before doing so.

Do You Handle the Home Inspections?

Red Hook Construction does not conduct home inspections. However, we have a large network of inspectors we can call upon to carry out this vital task. When it comes time for the inspection, we’ll handle the entire process and present you with the results.

What if I Just Need a New Addition?

If you already have a property built, but want something added onto it, we’re more than happy to help. One of our experts will need to inspect the current building first before we can start with a plan and move forward with the actual build. After that, though, this type of project isn’t an issue.

Can I Speak Directly to the Builder?

Yes, we always make the builder available to our customers. We know how stressful it is to have a quality property made from scratch, so we will take every possible step – like giving you a direct line to the builder – so that you’re comfortable with the entire process.

What if My Plan Has Unique Needs?

We’re accustomed to building for customers who need features or plans that are unique. For example, “green” construction has become increasingly popular. Other customers request specific building plans because of the industry they’re in or they simply have a dream house in mind that is different than all the rest.

Whatever the case, we are more than happy to address any specific requirements you may have where your property is concerned. Our experts will make sure you’re 100% happy with the plan before moving forward, and will openly discuss with you any questions or concerns.

Do You Work Outside of Philadelphia?

Who Will Receive Tenant Requests?

Your tenants will be given our information, so calls will come to us whenever they have any requests or needs. Many of our customers never have any direct contact with their tenants because we act as full-service intermediaries. You will never need to worry about missing an important call from a tenant as we’ll be available to respond.

How Will I Know the Status of My Property?

Part of our service is that we monitor your property so you don’t have to. However, you’ll still receive regular updates as to the status of your building. While your property is in good hands with Red Hook Construction, we appreciate that our customers want to be kept informed about their investment. Even if there aren’t any issues to address, we’ll still provide you with an update so you’re never left in the dark.

Who Deals with Tenants Who Have Breached the Lease?

That falls under our umbrella of services. Once a violation has occurred, Red Hook Construction will post a legal notice to the party in question and give them the opportunity to resolve it. If it goes unresolved, Red Hook will take all of the necessary next steps.
